By running a small streamlined operation and utilising the management teams experience in the wholesale and retail telecommunications market, TALK are able to offer their customers great rates on their National and International toll calls. Plus, whilst other providers offer special rates for off-peak or favourite destinations, usually with an extra monthly charge, TALK offers one flat rate no matter when you call and there’s no joining fee, no monthly charge and no term contract. At TALK we believe we offer the best value toll service in the country.

Tolls

With TALK Tolls you'll get access to unbelievable toll rates that are guaranteed to save you money on your national, international and land to mobile toll calls. With TALK, you can call anytime of the day or night and get the same great low rates. You can choose from Five great plans. Per Minute Plan for incredibly low per minute rates or Capped Rate Plan for those who love those long conversations or TALK MORE and TALK A LOT for those who want the best rates. Choose how make calls with TALK Limited

Direct dial means that you nominate TALK Limited as your preferred toll provider so you don't have to enter any access codes. You simply pick up your phone and start calling.

Coded Access

Coded Access means you must replace the leading 0's with our four-digit code every time before making national, international, and calls to mobile phones. If you don't enter the code, you won't get our super-low rates. To make national calls and calls to NZ mobile phones, you must dial 0548. For international calls, the prefix is 0549. See the table below for details on using the codes. Calls are charged per minute.

Billing

An itemized monthly statement will be sent to you in approximately the first week of each month. There are a range of easy payment options to choose from including cheque ,credit card , internet banking, phone banking or alternatively, you can simply pay your account at any NZ Post outlet.

Joining TALK

Joining TALK is simple. There are no joining fees, no term contracts, no monthly charges, just fantastic dial rates to destinations worldwide.

To sign up...

You will be able to make direct dial phone calls within approximately two to three days, but in the meantime, you can use our four-digit codes to start saving money immediately. To make national and calls to NZ mobile phones, the prefix is 0548. To make international calls, the prefix is 0549.
